At Bujairami Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused fragrance bottles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane wrapping to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the perfume to prevent breakage during transit and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

  Processing Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
